High Ability Learner Program

The Millard Public School's High Ability Learner Program (HAL) is designed to provide challenging educational experiences for students recognized as having exceptional academic, intellectual, creative and/or artistic abilities. 

The goals of the HAL program are to provide appropriately challenging educational experiences that will encourage students to learn, to challenge themselves, and to contribute positively to society.  The program is designed for the development of a healthy self-concept, and understanding of human diversity, and the life skills necessary for personal success and responsible living.
