The students have been working really hard learning the recorder in music class. Many students have expressed interest in practicing at home. In order to have permission to take their recorder home, you need to fill out this form for your student. It is very important that your student has their recorder IN CLASS, but having extra practice at home is invaluable!
If you filled out this form last year, you MUST fill it out again for the 2017 school year. Thank you!
